N. Korea clarified for us what it will do if U.S. does not yield.
The second time they tried it, it blew up shortly after the launch with its debris falling not far from the launch site. Would it lift off successfully or have another unfortunate accident?

My guess? Unfortunate accident.
North Korean rocketry appears to be more a figure of fun and source of amusement than anything serious, on the whole.

Satellites, too. We can get them on launch from Aegis, we can get them during the orbital injection (the mid course stuff), and we can get them in orbit. Piece of cake (at least it is until the Obamaloon dismantles all of it so that he can build himself more million dollar houses).
