Ray's an idiot. The right thinking people of the city know it and lament the day that he was reelected. The consensus here is that he does almost nothing to help our recovery, he's either appointing some lame recovery official at a tremendous salary, or he's missing in action. Sometimes it seems that the city runs more smoothly when he not here. Someone on a local blog suggested that we name all future hurricanes "Nagin" as that would guarantee that it would stay away from New Orleans.
