Neither of the two nice Republican women mentioned will bring a single thing to a GOP ticket except gender/identity politics.
Alaska doesn't have but a paltry few electoral votes, and the lady from Texas (read Bush) is a connection McCain is trying to avoid like the plague.
Little Mac should win rather handily in Alaska and Texas, anyhow.
