I work with one guy, he is sometimes a bit of a prima donna and can flaunt without consequence some of the the rules organizations lay down, but it is hard to argue with the results.

If I have a serious medical concern that requires surgery, I want a prima donna to do the job. They can't stand the thought of not getting it right.
