The result demonstrates that paranoid dysfunction breeds the impulse to hoard. Everything from major strategic plans to bitchy staff e-mail feuds was handed over.

I think Hillary Clinton's failed campaign can be summed up in one statement: Pride goeth before a fall.

She was supposed to win. She was the presumptive nominee two years before a single primary ballot was cast. As one could pithily put it, sh*t happens.

Reading the whole thing, it’s more than “Pride goeth before a fall”

It’s indecision, constant repackaging, no personal transparency, and a lack of leadership.

that’s plausible.

have you noticed the puffed up egos in government and corporate bureaucracies?

people would rather sabotage the whole for their narcissism.

I think Hillary Clinton's failed campaign can be summed up in one statement:

She didn't divorce Bill.

If she really, really wanted to be POTUS, and had a head for politics, she should have divorced him, quietly, in 2001 or 2002.

The Big He was the elephant in the room during the primaries. Neither Clinton recognized how much distaste for him was tipping the fence-sitters to the wrong side in the early going. Team Hillary actually seemed to think that getting him out on the trail would HELP, somehow.

Neat inside look at how politics is played and campaigns are won and lost by decisions on tactics and strategy as well as the message and charisma of the candidate.
