I’m told that he was coming home a lot (after midnight) a lot in Sept. 2001 and Oct. 2001. I stand corrected. I’ve been on vacation and wasn’t paying attention to the details. Okay, he looks good for it. Carry on. But, please, leave the daycare children out of it.
I’ve asked my friend what his source was and he points only to the bar chart. Which I tentatively interpret as having no authority for his claim of coming home repeatedly after midnight. 3 hours overtime for a professional for a biodefense researcher whose country has been attacked — who is working on the vaccine — would not be unusual. Coming home after midnight would be given the ever-present risk in marriage of adultery.
Me thinks my friend mistakenly thinks Ivins did it because he does not have a correct understanding of the facts perhaps.
I remember the bar graphs from the affidavit regarding overtime. But without turning to them, I don’t recall times associated with the times. And 3 hours of overtime at night would get you home in time for MONK.
Thanks for a wealth of info...
