Proverbs 9: 7-19

"Whoever corrects a mocker invites insult;
whoever rebukes a wicked man incurs abuse.

8 Do not rebuke a mocker or he will hate you;
rebuke a wise man and he will love you.

9 Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still;
teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning.

10 "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

With all due respect, the flaw in your reasoning when you decided to post those verses to me was that you mistook your pronouncements (and Ambassador Keyes' pronouncements) for correction and instruction. They are neither. They are petty and haughty expressions of holier-than-thou egoism. When confronted with holier-than-thou egoism I prefer to puncture it with humor instead of dealing out slaps to the face.

So...writing in George Washington this November?
