An official blog website set up by US Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's campaign team has become a clearinghouse for some of the most virulent anti-Semitic rhetoric found anywhere on the Internet.
WorldNetDaily reported that the website, titled MyObama, allows registered users to set up conversation groups and community blogs where they can post their own content. That has opened the flood gates for the anti-Semitic and anti-Israel conspiracy theories and incitement that characterize so many of Obama's supporters.
Many of the posts are of typical fare, including accusations that Israel was behind the 9-11 terrorist attacks, that Israel and American Jews control the US government and that Israel is perpetrating atrocities against the Palestinians.
A handful of posts, however, rival even the most hate-filled Muslim rhetoric, and in Nazi fashion call on Americans to solve their nation's problems by throwing the Jews "in the oven."
Reads one such post:
"Shed ourselves from the racist Zionists in America. They control everything. But they won't keep us down any longer. Throw the Jews in the oven this November. Its the only way we can free America and make sure Barack Obama is elected!"
The MyObama website explicitly states that "content on blogs in My.BarackObama represents the opinions of community members and in no way should be interpreted as endorsed or approved by the campaign."
The Obama staff has removed a handful of anti-Semitic postings in recent weeks, but it appears the majority of hate speech targeting Jews, Israel and anyone who supports them is allowed to remain.

What else would you expect from supporters of a nominee whose "spiritual advisor" for the last 20 years is a devoted admirer and close friend of Minister Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Islam?
It is both ironic and outrageous that the American Jewish community, which played such a large role in winning the '50s and 60's civil rights battles against mostly Democratic segregationist politicians, is now despised and unjustly accused of racism by many politically active organizations in the Afro-American community.
You have to remeber some people have a short term memory, and some are just plain ignorant. You can’t debate ignorance, it is impossible!
Check out any Left-Wing Internet chat room. The argument, no matter what the topic, always comes back to the Jews as the root cause. Its sad. They will try to say that they don’t hate Jews but Zionists and yet the conversation always drifts back to those pesky “Jews.”
Shocking, isnt’ it?
Shocking, isnt’ it?
It's DA JOOS fault ... they are projecting their hasidic kabbalistic mind control rays into the worlds population and halal food supply that forces everyone to hate them.
The scary thing is that somewhere in the world there is an idiot that probably think this is actually true.
We at FR have been taking notice of this ugly phenomenon for months. Glad that World Net Daily and now Israel Today have followed our lead. Hopefully there will be a media "feeding frenzy" of sorts on this, so that all US voters of good will, especially some Jewish Democrats, can see the kind of crowd that "Osama" Obama's campaign attracts.
Please see my post # 12.
I’m old enough to remember the radicals of the late 60s/early 70s. They hated Israel and Jews (they used “Zionists” as a codeword long before Snobama’s minions); sadly many (but not all) of those radicals were JINOs and are now the aging lefties that will vote for snobama-messiah regardless of what his campaign blog posts about Jews and Israel.
This information has to get to the various talk shows so it can be made public. The MSM will hide this from the American people as long as they can. Hopefully, rjchq.org will start getting the message out beyond their website.
I'm really beginning to believe that a choice by John McCain of Eric Cantor as a running mate would be devastating for Obama. He would expose a glaring weakness in the Democrat's strategy and open up avenues of electoral attack in PA, NJ, FL, and OH, and (I kid you not) in MA. That last one is a long shot, but consider that even now in Massachusetts, a state that Obama should be leading by at least 25 points, he's up by less than 10. That shows he's enormously vulnerable among people who are used to voting for Democrats, but do not fully trust this Democrat, where national security and foreign affairs are concerned.
Racism is a distraction. They know better; they just don’t have anything else to do.
What's really scary is that there are probably still a few people registered here at Free Republic that believe it. Before 9/11 this forum was crawling with them.
I also remember when the Communist world propagandized against Israel relentlessly (I used to listen to short wave radio broadcasts in the Seventies). They put Israel in the same category as South Africa and Rhodesia. How was I to know that (at that time) so many conservatives didn't?
The American Left and Right have always been locked in their own dimension, with liberals pro-Israel and anti-PLO (even while supporting all the PLO's buddies) and many conservatives (outside the pro-Israel Biblical Fundamentalists) the exact opposite.
The funny thing is, Jewish former liberals ("neocons" as the "palaeos" call them) are up in arms over the current Left comparing Israel to South Africa. But the Communist world has done this for forty solid years and they only recently seem to have noticed.
