I’m wondering why these killings of harmless dogs aren’t ginning up more public outrage, especially among dog owners, than they are. This would be something tailor-made for Oprah or some other sob-sister to get on a crusade and demand legislation and controls on police that would limit the circumstances under which they can shoot animals. The animal would have to be directly attacking them.

Once the public accepted military style raids on citizens as a part of “the war on drugs”, accepting the deaths of the dogs came easily.
The story was all over the AM radio today and it made my blood boil. I can’t imagine that no jobs will be lost over this one. I still haven’t figured out why they hate weed so much when its the drunks who actually do all the real damage.
