Gives me a chance to note something else ~ remember the business about an unmarried person having a child abroad and needing at least 5 years residence in the US after the age of 14 before that kid is considered a natural born citizen?
I think it was aimed at Greeks and Italians who were in the practice of sending any of their wayward young women off to the Old Country to give birth.
If they returned, the kid had to be left behind inasmuch as he/she would not be a citizen.
Nice convenient way of making sure "bad girls" of Italian and/or Greek origin stayed out of the USA.
Kept wondering why it was that when they changed the law they didn't make it retroactive ~ obviously there was still thinking afoot that what the USA didn't need more of were Italy's and Greece's "illegitimate births".

Unless she'd already resided in the USA at least 5 years after the age of 14, you would not be considered a birthright citizen under American law.
If Obama was born outside the country (including its territories, etc.) he wouldn't be a citizen yet.

Kenyan Government calls Obama ‘stooge’ for Odinga.
Odinga and Obama are from the same Kenyan tribe.
In 2006 Obama took a trip to Kenya and voiced his support for his fellow tribesman and political ally, Odinga.
Obama also directly attacked the sitting Kenyan leadership (Kibaki) calling them ‘corrupt’ (Kenya is one of the most stable places in Africa).
Odinga is the cat that ran on the socialist democrat ticket in Kenya and lost to sitting president Kibaki.
The people that are burning christians alive, trapped inside churches are Odinga supporters...Odinga (and most of his fanatical followers) are a Muslims who have pushed for Sharia Law, total banning of other religions and closing of co-ed schools, night clubs and ‘public dressing style considered immoral’.
