On Thursday, we talked a lot about Liberal Fascism. Apparently, it wasn't a moment too soon.

"[W]e are going to grow our foreign service, open consulates that have been shuttered and double the size of the Peace Corps by 2011 to renew our diplomacy," said Obama. "We cannot to continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we have set. We have got to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded." (link)

LOL WUT? Obama's going to create a civilian national security force as strong as the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines -- combined? With the same budget? And hardware, apparently? Holy %^&*!

This inconceivably vast proposal is hardly being mentioned by the MSM; just a throwaway line in last week's speech about volunteerism. But what will this "civilian national security force" do? Obama didn't say. Where will they get their funding? Didn't say. Wouldn't this force be at least extra-constitutional, if not unconstitutional? Who would control them? Would service be mandatory like his other youth "volunteer" initiatives? ::shrug::

At this same speech, he promised to withhold funds from school districts that don't make their junior high and high schoolers serve 50 hours a year. 100 hours for college students, provided their type of service is deemed acceptable by a sprawling new Federal bureaucracy.

Oh, and Obama's going to double the size of the Peace Corps while quadrupling AmeriCorps. I'm curious if anyone will be left to fill all the newly vacated private sector jobs. St. Barack concluded his speech with this gem: "Loving your country must mean accepting your responsibility to do your part to change it."

But what if I love my country the way it is?

Throwing more kerosene on the mob's torches, Obama is moving his nomination acceptance speech to Denver's 75,000-seat outdoor stadium. And is thinking about a speech at Berlin's Brandenburg Gate. Odd that he didn't choose Nuremberg.

I think this guy is taking a page from the Hitler play book. American’s need to wake up before its too late. Where is the Outrage of American’s. I always believed it couldn’t happen here in America as we were too smart. But its happening and the Stadium is just like Hitler in 1936.

I believe FDR did similar things. The left pretends that fascism is a right wing phenomenon and then turns around and implements fascistic policies and everyone says ok because they don’t analyze what fascism really was/is. Fascism hated classical liberalism and limited government, which is what American conservatism is supposed to be. It’s sad that people are mesmerized by his speeches and therefore will do anything that he says. It is a scary time whenever the youth are involved in politics such as this.

100 hours for college students

This alone proves that Barry's never done any real work in his life especially in college. Your average full time college student takes 5 classes, usually 15 class hours a semester. In any sort of rigorous (read, useful) major, you can basically triple or quaduple that for study and homework time. Or more.

"Oh, but that's only about 4 hours a week," some idiots will say. "That's not that bad." Yeah, if unlike 99% of college students you're perfectly scheduled and never put anything off to work on something more pressing. For the rest of the world, that means that around finals time, hundreds of thousands of students will be trying to knock out multiple entire days of meaningless community service instead of, ya know, studying for finals.

The result of this lunacy is that fewer students will take on hard majors solely because they can't handle them and this conscription at the same time. So you'll see even more kids with stupid, worthless, yet easy majors, and society will collectively get even dumber. Which is exactly the goal.

Of course, this whole plan and everything Obama utters will be an absolute, Marxist disaster on all points.

This is in recognition of the fact that the majority of rank and file military people tend to be conservative and would likely not go along with enslaving their fellow countrymen. Drastic cuts in the military and a core of dependable troops not connected to the armed services who can be depended on to fulfill the "people's" agenda. I know, I'm paranoid.

I know, we need to get as many people to vote for John McCain as we can, even if we have to court over disgruntled Hillary voters. I know my father, he was for Hillary, but very much against Obama, but thinks that McCain is Bush III. He is an old George Wallace type, that's why he is against Obama. Maybe to many, that though process is faulty, but I'm trying to convince him that McCain will do the least amount of damage because he thinks he'll stay home this time. Right now, I'm so terrified of an Obama Presidency, we need as many "boots on the ground" as we can get, faulty thought processes or not. It's like when you are in danger of losing a war, if anybody has two arms, two legs, can get around and see reasonably well, you toss them an M1 Garand and 300 rounds and off you go. Maybe I'm letting the hype get to me, but this Obama-mania is scary, reminds me of the old films from the 1920's and 1930's when the youths adored Adolph Hitler. I hate to put it this way but I pull no punches, if something will save us from becoming an "Omaba-nation," it will most likely be the Archie Bunkers of the world. Myself, I'm a broken glass McCain voter.

Obama's not accustomed to putting in a lot of hours.

Obama was an attorney at the law firm of Miner, Barnhill & Gallard, a force in Chicago politics. Obama represented victims of housing and employment discrimination. The law firm says Obama logged 3,723 billable hours during his tenure from 1993 to 2004 -- That's 11 years -- or 338 hours per year -- or 6 hours per week.

Just yesterday, in his obligatory "Pander to the Military" address in Colorado Springs, Obama had this to say about funding quality-of-life programs for the military:

"...Obama said he did not want to be more specific because he did not want to make promises he might not be able to keep. “I think we can do a much better job than we’re doing right now,” he said. But, he added, “I want to be honest: We are going to be in a tight budget situation. We’re not going to be able to do everything all at once...".

So in other words: "As soon as we finish paying off everyone who got us here, and finish establishing the new Obama Youth Brigade, I guess we'll see about letting actual soldiers and their families live in acceptable quarters (provided of course, that the military allows same-sex partners)".

At least now we know what he plans to do with the military's funding: Coerce his way to the top of a throughly brainwashed, urban, enviro-fascist cadre of Hitler Youth clones. Rough times ahead.
