EMP is of no concern to me. It effects are limited, and unless you are dragging a mile long wire out the back of your car, EMP won’t touch it.
What is the EMP “blast radius” per kiloton of a nuke, anyways? And how do the non-nuke EMP weapons work? And what’s their effective range? I can’t believe that a whole country the size of the US could be knocked out by an EMP nuke unless it was several dozen megatons and fired off from near-orbit altitude.
