Which native land do you think they are referring to in the song? You are naive if you cant figure it out by reading the entire lyrics that ‘native’ refers to Africa.

Which native land do you think they are referring to in the song? You are naive if you cant figure it out by reading the entire lyrics that ‘native’ refers to Africa. Well, being as how it was written by people who were clearly not separatist and was first performed in 1900 for Lincoln's Birthday, I think it's pretty safe to say it's about this one. You don't even have to "cant" to figure it out.
