So what is your ‘Fair booth’?

Several local chapters of The John Birch Society get together and sponsor a booth at our state fair.

We have petitions to Congress, books and magazines for sale, and give away many pamphlets on everything from our economy to anti-abortion and anti-gun control.

We see a lot of people who are curious but uninformed, and we engage those folks in some brief conversation.

Occasionally, we have hostile visitors as well, such as the man whose wife is in the U.N.
