One hell of a doctor to recommend that. High levels of only one cholesterol is bad, though..LDL. I've heard there is n real cause and effect established between high bad cholesterol and heart attack.

I assume you mean it wasn't in his interest to recommend natural over the counter remedies?

If so, I agree. He's as much a pragmatic nutritionist and thats what I'm looking for.
