I must admit, the endless retelling of this story has given it just a bit of a Calaveras County color.

Its obvious McCain has some substantial mental and physical scars from his time in Vietnam. He has difficulty putting coherent thoughts together and his shoulders are a mess. This didn't just “happen”.
These liberals also tend to forget, McCain was there when they needed him. When four Democrat Senators decide to interfere with banking regulators in return for campaign cash, McCain didn’t hesitate to cross the aisle and screw the American tax payer for 3.5 billion dollars. A display of Loyalty across party lines like this is uncommon.
Can we have a little show of appreciation from the liberals now and then? After all, our candidate is blocking drilling in Alaska, while we pay 4.30 a gallon for gas, and it goes up every day. He's willing to let us go bankrupt to please the looney left base, and not a single thank you!
