No. If this is an authentic reissue, it only states his legal name and legal parents' names as of the date of the reissue. For example, if Barack changed his name, his original name would not be shown. Another example, if Barack were adapted by Joe and Jane Smith, his parents names on his reissue would be Joe and Jane Smith, not his original parents.

What I find curious is the mother's maiden name on the reissue. Now maybe Hawaii's Health Department does things different than the other 56 states (/s), but mine only shows my parents name at the time of my birth. Since they were married, they have the same last name. It could just be a difference in the way states issue certificates, don't know.

The reissue would only record the last corrected information, the original copy as well as any amended copies on file are held by the state.

For instance we know that Obama was legally adopted in Indonesia by his step father Lolo Soetoro there, as anyone that has ever adopted a child, or has been adopted will tell you, Your birth certificate can be and usually is amended to reflect the new legal paternity of the adopting parent(s).

Obama’s name was legally changed at adoption, was it legally changed back and are there a whole slew of name changes in his records?

Are we willing to elect a president who has a history of changing his name when ever he feels like it or the mood strikes him legally or illegally?
