I myself have been clean for 127 days today.
I've heard that if you can recall the exact date and/or time of your last cig/drink you will never be able to quit.

“I’ve heard that if you can recall the exact date and/or time of your last cig/drink you will never be able to quit. “
Not true, I quit April 8, 2005 @ 3:15 pm, haven’t had one puff since.
I’ve been clean for 30 days.
With a pack of cigarettes in NY costing almost $7 it was enough for me. Smoked for 30 years, twice as long as not, but, it was MY choice.
Obambi is lying to himself if he thinks that he can use gums and patches to get him off them. He has to want it, badly enough to go cold turkey and just do what needs to be done. There is no middle ground, for people like me. I enjoyed smoking, liked the taste, the feeling, the time out.
