It all boils down to resposibility, if you use contraception responsibly, you’re only slightly likely to get pregnant.
Also - if you’re responsible you’d keep the baby if it did happen. Or at least have it and give it up for adoption.
Maybe the survey considers the rhythm method to be a form of contraception.
