Wow, that's a great map! It would be even better if they left Montana and South Dakota white or some other contrastic color until the voting results were in.

What is particularly shocking is the almost total lack of purple in electoral vote rich industrial states along the Ohio River from Missouri to Pennsylvania. Osama cannot win unless those voters come home.

Notice how less purple NC is compared to Va & SC? All three states have roughly the same % of black voters of which BHO got 90%.
BHO won Va & SC by 30% before Rev Wright hit the fan. NC was reduced to a 14% margin.

I expect a more dramatic ND/SD contrast on Wed.
