The trouble (as I see it) is that 99.99% of politicians during our time or any other time for that matter are empty vessels. They say what they think will get them elected or keep them in office. In fact this is so true that a secondary meaning of the word “politician” is someone who says what is in some way expected instead of what is right.
So what’s really sad is that San Fran Nan is saying what is expected of her. She has obviously calculated that saying crap like this wins her more votes or support than it loses. Almost by definition.
If she thought she could get ahead by reciting Mother Goose, she’d do that too.
It’s amazing what the public believes out there. Lot of wing nuts walking around loose.
Too true! Right or wrong doesn't matter, it's personal interest above God and Country. Damn all professional politicians!
