I have never understood this ‘lifestyle to which they had become accustomed’ thing.

A gigolo from Wisconsin marries a “cheese millionaire”? You can’t make this stuff up.

Can someone please explain to me how the spouse the files for divorce or even commits adultery is considered equal? Why is he divorcing his wife? Did she do something wrong? If not, she shouldn't owe him anything.

Amusing. More anti-marriage pressure. What’s going to happen when polygamy becomes legal?

While I disagree with this...if it’s ok for women then it ought to be ok for guys too.

I'm a huge opponent of “no-fault” divorce as well as this “lifestyle to which he/she has become accustomed” stuff. If the husband's a drunk,an abuser, has a girlfriend, etc the wife should be able to take him to the cleaners and, conversely,if the wife is a drunk, has a boyfriend or (out of the blue) decides that she's “just not happy anymore” then he should be able to clean her out.
