Is that his brother Billy’s beer company? Whatever happened to him anyway? Is he still overseas meeting with whoever it was he was meeting with back in the 70s?

In September 1987, [William 'Billy'] Carter was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and took unsuccessful treatments for the disease. Carter died in Plains at the age of 51. His parents and both of his sisters also died from pancreatic cancer.

Pancreatic cancer is as bad as it gets, not there is any good cancer.

Yeah His Brother I believe he passed on... Billy was Representing LIBYA... Carters loved the scoundrels!
