We laugh at the chaos in the ‘Rat’s house. But things are no less chaotic in our house. If anything can screw this country by giving it Obama it will be a bunch of conservatives having a collective temper-tantrum writing in names in November. God help us.
“This site is just a Rat version of swiftboating - and it wont work.”
What is wrong with swiftboating? I would call it telling the truth and that is not whaat this site is all aboaut.
Hmmm,
Would you call advocating Duncan Hunter, Sarah Palin, and J.C. Watts the candidates of “rats”. These are genuinely conservative candidates with genuinely conservative voting records. They definitely don’t have McCain’s name recognition but considering how he got it maybe that’s not a bad thing !!!
Hunter is a conservative. The RNC wants nothing to do with conservatives.
Where all the white women at?
‘scuse me while I whip this out.
It’s too late now.
He should have come out with this in the primary if he had any you kwow whats ... .
I don’t need their friggin’ website to tell me that McWhacked is a turd. I already know that, and I never have voted for the liberal turd (I live in AZ) and I never will under any circumstance.
Do you have a limit on voting for evil? YOU helped get us here and still clinging to what's wrong as justification - the "lesser of two evils" ... .
Only thing positive about McManiac is the undertaker’s not far behind him. I’ll never vote for him or hulary, or o’bama
He shore is. Voted for the Farm Bill, Highway Bill, Prescription Drugs and every pork barrel project he could dream up. He waves the flag real purdy.
What’s wrong with Oliver North? I was young during his time of fame but I remember him being very entertaining before congress.
Just yesterday there was an article posted here at FR that was suggesting ways for McCain to get Clinton voters. That’s really sad.
Whaddasupprise. Did we think the 'rats wouldn't try to co-opt the "Swiftboating" strategy and use it against McCain? Predictable as rain on the Fourth of July.
> #1 I don't think that would suffice.
Dang! I wonder what would?!?
> #2 He's not my boy. (My boy just turned 15 and, with all his inexperience and rough edges, would make a better president)
I would bet you're right.
> #3 Just who would the republicans put in who would be noticeably better? Their bench looks pretty thin
That's the truth.
I had hopes for Fred Thompson for a while. Duncan Hunter, while a good man, doesn't have a chance. Ron Paul is a nutcase, even though as a libertarian I agree with most of his ideas with a few notable exceptions.
To be honest, my first choice this year would Barry Goldwater, but he's not on the menu on this plane of existence any more.
I suggest everyone read the platform of the Constitution Party. It is something I am proud to support.
> Give it time.
You mean there's still hope??!?
Total BS
I’m always glad to entertain new ideas. Do you have a URL to their page so all of us “disgruntled former Republicans” can take a look ?
