Does that mean that someone actually SAID that every illegal is a felon to begin with for breaking immigration law? How un-PC of them. (FINALLY!) :)

It looks like a typo to me. I think they were trying to say 'one out of every (some number) of illegal immigrants are felons' but the editor neglected to notice that they didn't put the number in.

Yes indeedy, and that the same “someone” is now the candidate for President on the Republican side, it’s certainly an “interesting” occurence coming from his own state!

I think it’s a typo. There’s a word missing.
But if it was meant to say that every illegal is a felon, then that would be plain wrong. You may not like it and I may not like it, but just being in the country without proper authorization IS NOT A FELONY.
