SCTV 4 video link from Sichuan Province in China,

http://wwitv.com/tv_channels/b3686.htm

I don't speak Chinese but they do seem to have earthquake coverage. Mostly interviews with people standing outside.

The coverage seems to be heavily censored. The only damage pictures always have swarms of unsoiled smiling Chinese paramilitary types standing around.

Another 5.1 just now. These are not serious but probably make some people nervous for a few seconds.

State television broadcast tips for anyone trapped in the earthquake. 'If you’re buried, keep calm and conserve your energy. Seek water and food, and wait patiently for rescue,’ CCTV said.

This is a helpful tip for those Chinese who are buried but are still watching television and who can crawl to the refrigerator.

The military is around because there has just been a natural disaster of 7.8 purportions. And why would the censor news coverage of an earthquake? I've been watching it on TV all day. If you see a reporter being pushed away it is for the same reason as here...the dang reporter is going to get themselves or someone else in danger interfering or being where they are.

Get out the tin foil hats folks. We got a winner here.
