What a stupid beeyotch. All she could say was "this is a lawsuit." I bet she doesn't know the whole thing was taped. She'll find she has no grounds. That trooper was as professional as they come, and more patient than I would have been.

I was noticing that myself. I looked around on the internet but I couldn't find a DOB for her. I'm guessing she is in her 40's. He is going to be 80 next year. Her city council homepage has her saying she's been married to him for "over 16 years", so if she looks 40-something now, she was probably 20-something then

That trooper was as professional as they come, and more patient than I would have been. I've seen a few similar dash videos like this one and in every one, the cell phone is used to try and ignore the trooper, and always eventually results in tasering.

Yes, and that officer should get an award for his patience on that arrest, he could have even tasered her a second time for the handcuffs, instead he took the blame himself.
