I think there are a lot more people who will never vote for Obama than will never vote for Hillary - therefore I hope Obama gets through this and now the guilt ridden whites have an excuse to not vote for him.
So now that he has FINALLY come out strongly condemning Wright's actions, it's time to move the focus to Ayres for a bit. I'm not saying that people should quit talking about Wright, but we can't allow Obama to make it seem like Wright is the only extremist he has associated with and that his association with Wright is inconsistent with his other actions.
After Ayres, pick another of his associates. If he's hanging out with those two there has got to be more.
A liar through and through.
Obama done played the dozens now.
I laughed for about thirty seconds straight when Reverend Wright disparaged Cheney’s lack of military service and snapped a salute. I think this guy would be a more entertaining president than any of those jokers running.
There are some very interesting comments here.
Too late, Hussein. You had the opportunity WEEKS ago to do this and now it will look exactly like what it is; a statement released more for political purposes than for personal beliefs.
HE’S outraged? How does he think WE feel?? If he can’t properly vet his own pastor, how can he run the WH?
To be ‘outraged and angered’, one needs standards and morals. Given that Obama stayed in that “church” for 20 years, and given that he is a senator, he has demonstrated that he has neither. He also has a false sense of “hope” if he believes that this is now ‘old news’.
Obama is outraged alright.
He's outraged that he's being OUTED as an America-hating, black polarizing POSER!
Keep pretending to love this country Obama. (You can use [domestic terrorist] Ayers and [Charles Manson groupie] Dohrn as character witnesses.)
That dialogue seems soo, soo European. Did he make this speech with a pipe and a checkered suit? That would really look funny with bowling shoes Barry.
Wright must be busting a gut about now. Jumpin' the broom, covering his heart, waiting for the big one.
"Get back in the cave Hillareeee...you old bat. We got more where that come from."
This is a setup deal. This is a cheap sideshow trick of a huckster. Shuck and jive as Louey Farakan(sp)used to say.
Obama did not disavow R. Wright the first time he had an opportunity and it haunted him for weeks. It would not go away. He (Obama) could not just suddenly find it in his heart to disavow R. Wright without some provocation. Otherwise it would look like he was caving in to save his campaign; whick is exactly what he is doing.
so R. Wright, Obama’s life long mentor and spritual advisor, that Obama did not really get to know on personal level, provides him with another opportuinty to do what Obama is now doing.
This is just a load of BS put on by these two to get Obama clear
Barry is trying to save himself and da “rev” is trying to make himself into another Jesse Jackson, race hustler.
This may convince a few liberal brain-dead Whites, but Barry’s constituents will know what he’s really saying. (he doesn’t mean it)
He dissed me I tell you !!
And it only took two years to see the light , he should do real well in government , very quick , I like that in a candidate .
Once it became clear that defending Wright was failing to stop his free-fall from grace, it's time to try something else.
Now, we get to sit back and see just how many rubes fall for this.
Sure, he'll lose a few militant racist Disciples of Wright (the Sharpton-Farrakhan types). But, it's not as if that bunch will work for Hillary or vote for McCain!
This could result in a serious backlash by Blacks when (hardly “if”) Hillary wins the nomination.
