WASHINGTON -- Prince William County's illegal immigration crackdown appears to be spurring some families to send their children to schools elsewhere in northern Virginia.
According to the Prince William school system, enrollment in English as a Second Language classes dropped by 759 students from September through March.
During that same period, 623 ESOL students from Prince William enrolled in Fairfax County schools, compared with 241 in the same period the previous year. Eighty-three enrolled in Arlington County, 75 enrolled in the city of Alexandria and 23 signed up in Loudoun County.
Prince William Board of County Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart said the county expects to save $6 million in education costs because of the transfers.
Happy Cinco de whatever so now get the hell out!

Well here is to the dollar what the services for illegals are COSTING the taxpayer just in that county, and just for education. Where’s the emergency room care...

They’ve move to other states with no residency requirement for welfare.
Specifically they appear to all have gone to counties in Virginia.
Oh cry me a river. Have some pride in your country and use their social services.
And, maybe the American children won’t have a Mexican accent.
This is just one example of why equal and effective enforcement of our immigration laws MUST be consistent and nationwide. Otherwise, they scatter like ants because they are NOT going home.
As my dear grandfather would have said “There is going to come a fetching up”.
Ping!
Different source?
Plenty of idiot liberals in N. Va. to invite them in and gouge the taxpayers to pay the bills.
A savings of $7,900 per student.
Although I completely agree we'll never see it because no truly effective Oklahoma-style enforcement bill will ever get through Congress without some clown like Kennedy trying to attach amnesty to it. One by one the states are stepping up and soon the illegals will have nowhere left to go.
