opps, This is really not a precedent. In the 1800s the American Government banned the Sioux Ghost Dance, because they believed the dance was a calling for uprising and war.

We routinely dispensed with the constitution when dealing with the native Americans. That’s to our eternal shame. Nothing I’d bring up to bolster an argument either way.
