You’re assuming, wrongly, that she actually cares about her senate seat. She ran for the senate solely to run for president. If that fails, her interest in politics is over as well. Consequently, she is completely incapable of harming herself politically.

I am getting it from the library next week. We must remember that Obama chose as a college graduate to enter the world of race politics in Chicago “not that there is anything wrong with that” but he could have made a career anywhere and this is what he chose. Hope you are feeling better. Some bad bugs (colds and flus) have been going around this year. My husband had influenza twice within a month. It took him sometime to recover both times. Plus two of the kids got it and all three of them have had numerous colds—one cold on top of another.
Does he really believe this? If so, he's crazy, and no sane person would sit through his gibberish, certainly not for 20 years.

The American people are starting to change their minds about Obama and if this info on Wright came out prior to all of the past elections, I am sure we would see different results.
Case in point: I have a co-worker who is a proud Democrat. She and her family loves our current gov. Deval Patrick and does not like President Bush (typical lib).
Anyhow, they both voted for Obama and are now so disgusted by those tapes they don't think they can vote for Obama in the general because the tapes turned them off so much. My co-woker says she will vote for McCain if it comes between him and Obama. She now wants Hillary to win so she doesn't have to vote for a Republican.

I did a little research and it appears that there was penicillin resistant gonorrhea in South Viet Nam, but it was caused by the government giving penicillin to prostitutes to keep them free of disease, which is thought to be the reason the resistant strain developed. One part of my statement was correct, but one part was mis-stated.
Makes sense. They've been convincingly outed by the new media over the last several years. Their tactics will still work on large numbers of people to some degree or another.

I have to disagree. The price of oil is currently not in the hands of Saudi Arabia. The market fundamentals don't support a price any where near $100/bbl. This is being driven by speculators in the futures market where a little cash can control a lot of oil. Unless Soros & co. want the price lower, it ain't gonna get there.
The "recession" is a standard, planned event that happens every time the MSM thinks it will help elect a democrat. I've been predicting it's clocklike regularity for years.

I would agree with you except that John McCain is waiting in the wings. The man who said he will run a clean campaign. The ads against Obama and Hillary have written themselves but it appears McCain may not use them.
After 9/11 and we went into Afghanistan, I thought the media would get its comuppence after so much negative reporting and then success in Afghanistan. I thought it would happen for sure in Iraq, where reporting a quagmire for three weeks, we were in Bahgdad tearing down Saddam’s statue. But they’re like the Energizer Bunny - they just keep putting out the same lies over and over and the vast majority of the American public keep buying it.

They love these thing in Kosovo, too. But, according to The Hunt, Carla del Ponte's book due at bookshops in the beginning of April, Kosovars found themselves a better business: they abduct Serbs and keep them in special camps in Mother Albania, and then harvest donor organs (for sale) from them when alive. Then they buy TVs, cigarettes etc. with the proceedings... but first of all Kalashnikovs and other toys.
