ELIOT’S SEXUAL HEALING; 'ADDICTION’ THERAPY (getting past Opie and Andy, onto the Mayflower madam)

Eliot Spitzer is in therapy in the wake of the hooker scandal that swept him out of office.....The randy politician's penchant for ladies of the night came when analysts noticed several unusual financial transactions from Spitzer's bank accounts. Thinking it might be evidence of bribery (that someone co-opted Spitzer's good name), investigators uncovered his involvement with a high-end sex ring--Emperors Club VIP---one of 10 deep-pocketed johns caught on wiretaps arranging for trysts with top-dollar hookers. Spitzer has not been charged with a crime, but federal prosecutors are following the money trail to see if the fallen Democrat used campaign money to fund sexcapades....investigating if unnecessary out-of-state trips were arranged - ostensibly on government business - to rendezvous with call girls, and looking into whether Spitzer violated banking laws by trying to obscure the nature of his transactions with Emperors.

Although personally wealthy, Spitzer was known to be cheap---so that spending $80,000 on hookers seems out of character with his cheap nature, However, there were many, many ways he could have looted then laudered public funds for hookers.

The New York Times discovered that Spitzer had booked the Mayflower room under the name of George Fox.

Interesting that Spitzer chose "George Fox" to register the room for his tryst....and told hookers his name was George Fox (hookers knew who he really was). NOTE George Fox happens to be his good friend--- one of Spitzer's big buck donors (see below).

Preliminary investigation showed Spitzer was hiding (laundering) money for hookers through three shell companies. Where did Spitler---the lily-white, upstanding, tolerant and compassionate lawyer (/s)-----learn those underhanded money laundering tricks?

Let's hope it wasn't at the hands of his daddy with that handy dandy tax-exempt "charitable" foundation.......the billionaire daddy who surreptitiously financed sonny-boy into office.

Spitzer got into office with large sums of funny money his father family and his buddies put up. No doubt the money had a promise attached. Could be Spitzer colluded with his father and his finacier buddies to pull off this election scam.

Like details of his prostitution obsession, Spitzer kept everything under wraps. Spitzer could have winked and nodded and assured these colluders the sums paid in for his election would get a "return on investment." Follow the money---the contributions to Spitzer's elections can all be traced back to RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

Law Enforcement should give all of Spitzer's donors a thorough going over----the tax-exempt Spitzer family "charitable trust" needs to come under intense scrutiny.

(1) Taxpayers need assurances that Spitzer's official acts are open and above-board and do not conflict with the pecuniary interests of taxpayers.

(2) All documents, phone records and computer data connected to Spitzer should be made available.

(3) A global search of the governor’s financial logs, daily schedules, staff schedules, travel records and phone records, corresponding paperwork and computer data, should be made available for public scrutiny.

(4) A public record should be made of any and all records connected to the governot's office, budget allocations, bonding, state contracts, investing/managing state revenue, investing pension revenue, were connected to Spitzer's donors.

Voters demand to know the extent to which the Spitzer admin colluded in secret insider deals that benefited his donors to the exclusion of others.

L/E AUTHORITIES NEED TO ACT ON THE FOLLOWING:

(A) Were Spizter's family, or his hedge fund donor, listed as sole owners, 50% owners, vice presidents and/or treasurers of companies with offshore addresses? Were companies listed offshore....say, in Tortola, the British Virgin Islands?

(B) NY taxpayers need to see all the SEC filings (and amended filings) of companies doing business with the state during Spizter's tenure to determine whether lucrative state bond issues, and pension fund investments were fraudulently booked by crooked accounting methods, then laundered to hide placement-fees.

(C) L/E authorities need to determine whether offshore firms----with Spitzer's sub rosa help---grabbed a piece of the NY state billion dollar pension fund investments and billion dollar state bonding/revenue billions. These funds may have been improperly directed, in order to enrich insiders.

(D) The IRS and SEC should investigate the extent to which Spizer may have used tax-exempt municipal bonding and pension investments in schemes to circumvent the IRS, SEC, and US banking laws.

(E) L/E authorities need to determine whether licensed financial hedge fund firms looking for billion dollar bond sales and pension investments were improperly directed, and whether Spitzer did anything improper to enrich hand-picked insiders.

Guy is the lowest of the low. ALL of his official acts should be examined. Probably all ruses to use public funds to get his knob polished by hookers.

Spitzer forced himself into a congressional subcommittee that hadn't invited him - to give him an excuse to be away from home and see a hooker.......When Spitzer did show up Feb. 14, the day after he'd been with "Kristen" a prostitute, Rep. Spencer Bachus (R-Alabama) said the typically unflappable Spitzer "came unglued" under questioning.

The subcommittee had requested the NY State Insurance Superintendent (re New York's efforts to regulate bond insurance) but the governor requested his own invitation....according to committee aides. Spitzer's office alerted NY reporters he would be in Washington less than a day before the 11:30 am hearing.

Spitler was testifying on New York's efforts to regulate bond insurance----there's a lot of money tied up in that industry. What was Spitler's real motive? Some cynics say Attorney General Spitzer was running a protection racket and would call Spitzer an “extortionist.” He would threaten a corporation with a lawsuit.....The lawsuits would cost them millions in legal fees and damage control....so they paid up to “appease the Spitzer beast” figuring a "settlement" would make him go away.

Course every corporate payoff makes the beast stronger and his appetite bigger. He then threatens their neighbor, and then the next neighbor - until the entire block on Wall Street is paying ransom, and then the next block, and so on. Spitzer learned the protection racket from Unions who had learned it from the Sicilian Mafia. Giuliani used the same scam………… and earned enough under the table to get himself into the Mayor's office.

WASHINGTON - Gov. Eliot Spitzer himself sought to testify before a congressional subcommittee that hadn't invited him to appear - possibly to give him an excuse to be away from home and see a hooker, officials revealed yesterday. When Spitzer did show up before the panel on Feb. 14, the day after he'd been with a prostitute.

Rep. Spencer Bachus (R-Alabama) said that the typically unflappable Spitzer "came unglued" under questioning during the hearing. Bachus, a former prosecutor himself, added that Spitzer also seemed unprepared, making at least one statement that Bachus has since informed the committee was inaccurate. Now, though, it all makes sense, Bachus said. "I realize that he may have been a little sleep-deprived," Bachus said with a grin in an interview..........."When we haven't had a good night's sleep, we can all get a little cranky."

A recording of the hearing shows Spitzer angrily speaking over Bachus as he questioned the governor on New York's efforts to regulate bond insurance . "Mr. Bachus, Mr. Bachus, you are involved in a finger-pointing exercise," a clearly agitated Spitzer said into the microphones. At one point in the tense exchange, which was later played on cable news channels, Spitzer flouted the format of the hearing and instead demanded answers from Bachus.

The subcommittee had originally requested the appearance of New York State Insurance Superintendent Eric R. Dinallo as a representative of Spitzer's administration, but the governor requested his own invitation "within a day or two" of the meeting, according to committee aides. Spitzer's office alerted New York reporters that he would be in Washington less than a day before the 11:30 a.m. congressional hearing.
