But there seems to be a special twist here in Rev. Wright’s theology. I think it’s his friendship, maybe alliance, with the black muslims. I think we’re talking about a strong component of Islam here, and not just Marxism.

This must be Chicago Style Black Liberation Theology, even as practiced by The Reverend Jesse Jackson, whose legitimate half-brother ran the Blackstone Rangers, aka al-rukyn, a really bad bunch of Black Muslim-inspired (at least) gangstas who act(ed) as Jesse's shakedown enforcers.

Certainly Wright's wrongo rant followed the Calypso Louie party line very closely. OTOH, I wouldn't raise much of an eyebrow at the Muslim caller ... any pastor on a recruiting drive would tell a guy like that to drop by, train him for a year or so and then accept him "into the Church."

Those of us linked to some of the ancient orthodoxies would be surprised indeed at what goes on on the fringe. 'Pastors" in an outfit called ... no kiddin' ... The Church of God... receive part of their compensation package for the number of new members ... who, btw, can be Muslims, because according to this "Church" Jesus, Muhammed, Moses, and Bhudda were all really nice guys!
