Hey, the Africans traded in slaves as did the Arabs, English, Spanish, Dutch, Americans, etc. Slavery was a pretty global thing. And, by the earlly 19th century, there were few slaves being imported into the US. White Americans died in staggering numbers to end slavery. Those two women are ignorant.
