I want to run against Obama. He is an empty suit and cannot sustain his Revival Tent Roadshow until November. Hillary has to be stopped. Then maybe it's time for Repub's to switch to voting for Obama in Pennsylvania?

Hillary's unfavorables will remain high when Obama is forgotten. It's best to finish this guy off so he never gains countrol of a country he despises so much.

It’s hard to believe that the democrats actually found someone more hateful to the USA than the clintons.

These clowns (clinton/obama) make kerry look so much more electable now. That’s also hard to imagine.

Yup...people are wondering how to prove he was there on a day of one of the contraversial sermons already “aired”...when someone with HRC or whomever will just spend a bit of time finding a few weeks when it’s publicized, for whatever reason, that O was at or was planning to be at church that week, and they’ll just listen to THOSE messages and find things in one of them to show he DID know the type of stuff Wright was saying. They’ll just prove it in reverse instead of looking for a way to prove he knew in terms of these particular weeks when it’d be harder to find evidence he’d been there.

IMO Obama is already dead in the water with this as it is BUT-

“”””Obama’s Church: Cauldron of Division
Jim Davis
Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007

Presidential candidate Barack Obama preaches on the campaign trail that America needs a new consensus based on faith and bipartisanship, yet he continues to attend a controversial Chicago church whose pastor routinely refers to “white arrogance” and “the United States of White America.”

In fact, Obama was in attendance at the church when these statements were made on July 22””””

After Obama claims of not hearing any of this crap for 20 Years!
If the comments and date can be confirmed.
Thats it for sure.

Ummmmm...my antique dialup system won’t get me through to the info at your newsmax link. Can you clue me in on something specific that Obama was present to hear from a Wright “sermon”?

Roe v. Wade hangs on this election. Forces much greater than us are at work here.

That is an interesting thought. One I could even embrace from my own world view. But even from there I would have to conclude that the outcome is beyond knowing. I normally don't spend much time contemplating things I know are beyond knowing...but that is an interesting thought.

Wright in "Dreams of My Father" [Rich Lowry]

(As Astute Bloggers noted: from Obamas first book, his autobiography, a decade before he would even consider running for president)

Before he ever thought he would have to deploy Clintonesque spin to try to get himself out of a campaign controversy, Barack Obama wrote (an achingly good) memoir. In the book, Obama makes it clear that Wright when he first got to know him was pretty much the same Wright we're getting to know now (the one that Obama is at pains to say is on the verge of retirement). Wright was striking some of the same notes, saying racially venomous things and attacking the bombing of Hiroshima. Note this passage about the first sermon Obama heard from Wright, the source ultimately of the title of Obama's second book and one of the central themes of his presidential campaign:

The title of Reverend Wright’s sermon that morning was “The Audacity of Hope.” He began with a passage from the Book of Samuel—the story of Hannah, who, barren and taunted by her rivals, had wept and shaken in prayer before her God. The story reminded him, he said, of a sermon a fellow pastor had preached at a conference some years before, in which the pastor described going to a museum and being confronted by a painting title Hope.

“The painting depicts a harpist,” Reverend Wright explained, “a woman who at first glance appears to be sitting atop a great mountain. Until you take a closer look and see that the woman is bruised and bloodied, dressed in tattered rags, the harp reduced to a single frayed string. Your eye is then drawn down to the scene below, down to the valley below, where everywhere are the ravages of famine, the drumbeat of war, a world groaning under strife and deprivation.

“It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where white folks’ greed runs a world in need, apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere…That’s the world! On which hope sits!”

And so it went, a meditation on a fallen world. While the boys next to me doodled on their church bulletin, Reverend Wright spoke of Sharpsville and Hiroshima, the callousness of policy makers in the White House and in the State House. As the sermon unfolded, though, the stories of strife became more prosaic, the pain more immediate. The reverend spoke of the hardship that the congregation would face tomorrow, the pain of those far from the mountaintop, worrying about paying the light bill…

Good point.

Since Christ was black and he was Jewish, and Wright talks about the mean europeans, shouldn’t he love all Jews (who would be black, according to his statement)?

Silly me, the Africans and Palis are ‘more’ black.

I can’t believe he threw his twenty year ‘religion’ under the bus... unreal. There’s nothing you can respond to when you’ve been there so long, it is what it is.

I told someone in January when I read about the Christmas sermon, O couldn’t say anything if it came out... how?

I saw how and it’s even more disgusting (if that could be).

But when will Hill leave the church of satan? /s

We’re looking at a twin ticket setup from the left.

We’re already slimed as the VRWC smeared O... hello, it was the Tribune was back on this and Brian Ross of ABC who broke the video.

This sure deflects from Rezko (not really, Monday will be something), his Interpol and corrupt middle eastern cast of many and importantly Hillary’s Hsu legal actions and I think BJ had a case up too.

He will stay close to Hill, because by then blacks will be mad about O’s pastor being attacked (because it will be brought up by the campaign in some way), miracle of miracles... they’ll actually come out and vote.

Dang, Fast Eddie’s backing Hill...

"The people cheering in the background is really disturbing!

My gosh!! Do the blacks hate whites and this country as much as this seems???"

In answer to your question... yes. To quote Morphious: "Welcome to the REAL world."

Don't get me wrong, I am a realist, but those blacks hate whites. I have black people at church and the gym that don't have that kind of hate. I do however know that the hate is more widespread than we white people know and its excused and has been for 50 years by liberals.

Liberalism is really the enemy.
