I heard a report that a couple of Congre$$critters are putting up legislation that we would explore drilling ANWR if the price of a barrel of oil hits 125 bucks a pop.

Didn't they kill a bill yesterday that would have authorized drilling?? If such a bill was killed after oil went to $110 the same day, the failed bill should have been front page news everywhere.
