Yes, but as a doctor you don’t tell the guy with lung cancer to keep smoking because the disease is ‘self correcting’ and hold the belief you are being a good doctor. You try to get the person to realize what he’s doing is killing himself and to modify his behavior. Maybe he will, maybe he won’t. I’m not for taking pleasure in seeing these guys die the way they do, I’m just not surprised at the fact that they do die the way they do.

They know EXACTLY what they ARE DOING but can't control themselves

...because gay men are not being tested

I love the spin on this. It makes it sound like it's not their fault the testing isn't occurring. How about: Gay men are not GETTING tested. Personal responsibility is a good thing.

This is HATE SPEECH!

It is FORBIDDEN to criticize the gay lifestyle.

The author of this article must be brought up on charges before the Human Rights Commission immediately!

“They know EXACTLY what they ARE DOING but can’t control themselves”

They know exactly what they are doing but WON’T control themselves. Fixed it.

Maybe most won’t. I can’t say that ALL are unreachable. There are a few that will, their desire to live (healthy) outweighs everything else.

Those diseases, along with syphilis, whose incidence continues to increase, are “a major threat to gay and bisexual men’s health,” said Dr. Kevin Fenton

Ya know, Dr. Fenton, if these 'men' would simply give up their perversion, screening wouldn't be an issue.

Figured it was self-evident..:-)

However, in the UK, this article WOULD qualify as hate speech. You cannot criticize the gay lifestyle there, no matter how factual and devoid of emotion your criticism is.

To: thinking

Cancer cells are often aneuploid but that doesn’t meant that the scientists have detected exogenous human DNA in them.

If this theory were true, straight men would have low cancer rates compared to their wives. And spinsters, nuns and celibate eunuchs would be safe.

If you are in a mutually monogamous relationship, a monogamous man/woman relationship anyway, you don’t have to worry about sexually transmitted diseases.

Probably the same is true in homosexual relationships. If the people are mutually monogamous, the STD rates would certainly drop.

Yeah, amen. On the one hand, they deny that homosexual behavior is way more dangerous than normal behavior. And then, wink, wink, they tell them to be careful to get tested. Sheesh! For the good old days, when most people could tell the difference between normalcy and perversion!

Yeah, I would think it would be ‘hate speech’ in the rest of Europe and Canada too.
