Yea, they keep playing this good cop/bad cop routine. What's this iteration # 28?

I believe what she said is part of the reason Obama's such a phenomena, but not the only reason. He's a moderately ok orator and he's got an initially likable personality (until you hear his positions.) He's got all the basic components of a viable democrat candidate, and he's mulatto.

Anyway, his color's not the only reason.

His biggest plus is, seriously, that he's not a despicable slime like Hillary Clinton.

At least until we get to know him better. I'd just as soon pass on that opportunity.

Yes she is right, but she, and a lot of others like her have unjustifiably said it about Conservatives for years. As Bob Dylan said, “How does it feel?”

“A young, vital, intelligent, charming black man.”

Careful, I’ve seen posters right here on this forum proclaim that calling him an intelligent young man was racist code for “boy.” Sure, they were saying it to bash Hillary Clinton, but ain’t that the Law of Unintended Consequences for ya.

Hate to say it, but she's right!

No she's not.

It's her opinion, but it's unverifiable, so it isn't "a fact"

Of course it's verifiable.

Do you honestly believe that a white guy running for office in Mississippi would garner 92% of the black vote?

This isn’t science though (political science doesn’t qualify).

The voting numbers overwhelmingly support a conclusion that something is causing an unprecendented percentage of Black USA voters to vote for BHO. And anyone asked can point towards that something - His father is Black, and BHO ‘looks’ Black.

What Ferrarrrorrro might not have pointed out was his apparent ‘youth’, when compared to all other candidates. That also seems to have led to his support from that bunch (doggone kids these days).

I think he needed both ‘to be where he is right now’. Take away either one and he just would not have made it this far. And it would be shrillary and nancy edwards.

I saw some of this on H & C last night. She is correct in her assesment. There is no way a white, two year Senator would even be considered for POTUS. He would be laughed out of either party convention. If you didn't see this, it is totally racist.

CAUTION! Do not listen if you are easily offended.

Do you honestly believe that a white guy running ...

That's my point.

It doesn't matter what I believe, or you believe, of Geraldine Ferraro believes...

It's a belief, not a fact.

Not, it is a fact. Obama would not be getting 90 percent of the black vote, IF he wasn’t black. He would not be where he is if he was not black. To give a guy the keys to the store with NO experience is insane. It is white guilt and really pretty racist. He is not qualified. The only reason we are talking about him is because he is black ...and says hope every other word.

It is as evil to vote for someone because of his or her skin color as it is to vote against someone because of his or her skin color.

Yes, Ferrero was right. Obama is an empty suit with nothing but a big mouth to offer. Oh yes, purple lips and big ears too.

The ppl who support him can’t tell you why....they cannot name one policy he stands for. That should tell you something right there.
Hope? Hope for what? Change? God help us.

But doesn’t she understand? You can’t state facts! You can’t even say his middle name (Voldemort-Hussein-Rumplestiltskin). Ignorance is strength. Hate is love.

For those unfamiliar with Saul Alinsky, his writings on radicalism and social change will chill the bones of not only conservatives, but more moderate liberals:

“Any revolutionary CHANGE must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward CHANGE among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and CHANGE the future.”

“This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution. To bring on this reformation requires that the organizer work inside the system, among not only the middle class but the 40 per cent of American families –- more than seventy million people -– whose income range from $5,000 to $10,000 a year [in 1971].”

And what word comes out of Obama’s mouth the most — why, CHANGE!

Yep. She is right. I’m glad to see that she’s sticking to her guns on this. Of course Hillary immediatly caved and threw her under the bus.
