I like mine the old fashioned way - stove-top in a pot with a little bit of vegetable oil.

I hear popping in peanut oil is also very good.

Different, but adding a capful of olive oil (extra virgin) adds a slight nutty taste that few will recognize. :)

I found this out when I ran a bit short of Canola oil once.
And peanut oil is very bad for you!
