The Clintons now may be worth as much as $50 million. This really is a David versus Goliath battle, but in this case, David is still in the womb. Hillary has always believed that the lying, disgusting Clinton mob lawyer, David Kendall, could stop this thing. After Levin gets served, the subpoeanas for the others begin. Kendall will not make Hillary available while Congress is in session, even though she seldom attends. The Congressional summer recess begins in the first week of August. She will be served ASAP and hopefully be under oath in August, just before the convention.
On another note, Peter’s counsel needs help from an affiliate office in Pennsylvania for Ed Rendell’s depo. Does anyone have legal contacts there? We are finding attorneys who might be willing, but the partners of the firms don’t want to cross the Clintons.
