Michelle Obama: America is ‘Just Downright Mean’

Two weeks after making her disdain for the nation clear during a campaign speech for her husband in Wisconsin, Michelle further debased America by saying that we're a country that is "just downright mean."

Obama begins with a broad assessment of life in America in 2008, and life is not good: we're a divided country, we're a country that is "just downright mean," we are "guided by fear," we're a nation of cynics, sloths, and complacents. "We have become a nation of struggling folks who are barely making it every day," she said, as heads bobbed in the pews. "Folks are just jammed up, and it's gotten worse over my lifetime. And, doggone it, I'm young. Forty-four!"

"You're looking at a young couple that's just a few years out of debt," Obama said. "See, because, we went to those good schools, and we didn't have trust funds. I'm still waiting for Barack's trust fund. Especially after I heard that Dick Cheney was s'posed to be a relative or something. Give us something here!"

Two years ago, the Obama`s income was over $1.5 million a year. And she still wants someone to give her something?

“we’re a nation of cynics”

She’s the one who never in her life saw the good of a life in America.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Fallout from President Clinton’s controversial pardons of 16 members of a Puerto Rican nationalist group last summer prompted Republicans Tuesday to introduce a measure to reform the pardon process and require input from victims and their families.

At a Capitol Hill news conference, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) and Rep. Vito Fossella (R-New York) announced the introduction of a measure requiring the Office of Pardon Attorney in the Justice Department to notify victims or their families of key events in the clemency process and allowing them to voice their views. It would also require law enforcement agencies to provide information on the potential impact from a grant of clemency.

President Clinton was widely criticized after he granted clemency to the FALN members over the objections of law enforcement officials, and after the Justice Department consulted representatives of the FALN prisoners, but not the victims.

And the “sloths and complacents” are due to “liberal” policies.

If we’d implement “he who will not work will not eat”, we’d see a lot less sloth and complacence.

I’m just plain mean, too. I’m about to earn my second million dollars, because I’ll never see my first. And when I get all that moola, I’m not giving her any. No reason. I just don’t like her.

Yes, we're now a nation where everyone "deserves" a trust fund.

Or failing that a large insurance settlement, or a large handout from the government.

Another load of crap from the "Hate America First" crowd.

Michelle “Omarosa” Obama is a gift that is going to keep on giving (to the GOP) for the rest of this campaign

She has a huge chip on her shoulder despite having been given EVERYTHING to live a wonderful life - folks are going to see through that. She can’t continue getting up there in those expensive suits and Wilma Flintstone pearl chokers and tell people how bad “we” all have it in this country and how stinky snorey Barak will make it all better

I wonder how much she’s paying the woman who’s washing her clothes and taking her kids to school and cooking for them

I wonder how much work she is doing to draw her $316000 annual salary from a Chicago hospital
