It is interesting to check that the alleged mastermind of 3/11 came from Italy in a “pack” along with incorrectly translated tapes and a police officer from the antiterrorist unit prepared to declare that it was all OK… when it wasn’t.

Of course, the Western public opinion cannot discuss over tapes in cultured Arab, so who was going to know it? Because I have seen too many things to believe in the incompetence theory.

It is also interesting that the mastermind+accessories pack came from a country that during almost fifteen years was shattered by terrific indiscriminate terror attacks, as it is to check that one of those attacks is very similar to the Madrid atrocity, a bombing on a crowed train station: the Bologna massacre [1], which happened on August 2nd, 1980; killing 85 people and wounding 200.

Eight years later, two neofascist terrorists and three members of the Italian military secret service, along puppet master Gelli –this one being a truly master- were convicted, the firsts as perpetrators and the second ones for “slandering the investigation” of the attack [1].

The way used to the last purpose was to leave on a train a travel bag containing the same explosives that were used in Bologna –a military mixture of TNT and T4- along with documents pointing at two foreign terrorists [2].

Coincidentally, the entire official version of the Madrid’s atrocity –now left without mastermind- is based on a travel bag found hours after the attack, in a police precinct, containing evidence that led to the swift arrest of a two Moroccans in time to change the result of the last Spanish National Elections.

Striking coincidences, aren’t they?

Moreover, if we zoom out from Bologna and contemplate the years of the Strategy of Tension in Italy from beginning to end, we will find more data that fits remarkably not only in 3/11, but also in other events that happened in Spain.

We have in Italy in 1964, for instance, a Colonel named Renzo Rocca, chief of the economic division of the military secret service, that after, well, protecting the old Italian oligopolies in a quite –should I say daring?- way [3], went to work to the Fiat automaker in Turin.

Well, Jorge Dezcallar, the chief of the Spanish Secret Services during 3/11 now is working for the oil company REPSOL –the heir company of the State monopoly-, after the Zapatero government allowed La Caixa –a bank controlled by the Catalonian oligarchy- to take over the company. They already enjoy a dominant position in Spain in Natural Gas.

Guess who we will find if we talk about Electricity in Spain?

Of course, the Catalonian oligarchy trying to take over Spanish formerly State-owned ENDESA, paying in shares at a price of 20.50 euros per share. Guess who came to lend a helping hand when a German competitor offered 40 euros per share in cash? ENEL, the Italian de-facto monopoly of electricity.

It is really extraordinary, such coincidences.

Leaving the economic side of the coup and entering into the perpetration details we have even more concurrences. The beginning of the Italian Strategy of Tension, rigorously, happened on December 12th 1969, in the Piazza Fontana bombing in Milan, yes, Milan. That operation, although carried out by neofascists, was blamed on anarchists by intelligence networks. It is what is known as a false flag operation:

False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities.

However, although the first attack was carried out in Italy, the idea of perpetrating such cover attacks with political ends was French, according to the prosecutors of Milan [3]:

According to Salvini, the real "mind" behind the attacks was Guerin Serac, a former OAS member who was running the Aginter Press, a center of logistical support to neo-fascist groups throughout Europe. It was Serac who had developed the strategy of "creating false groups of the extreme left, and infiltrating existing ones, in order to place on them the responsibility for terrorist actions, provoking the intervention of the Armed Forces and excluding the Communist Party from any significant influence on Italian political life."

Serac, a "Catholic" fascist, had participated in the French colonial intervention in 1956 in Suez, in alliance with Britain and Israel, against Egyptian leader Nasser's decision to nationalize the canal. The allied colonial forces were humiliated by U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower, who ordered them to cease the intervention and go home.

Thus, the idea of conducting a false flag operation in order to blame the Spanish right wing Popular Party for the, in this case, Islamic violence because the participation of Spain in the occupation of Iraq, is not new, but and adaptation to the post cold war era of the one conceived by Yves Guerin Serac and already applied in Italy.

However, the Spanish Strategist of Tension dropped this tactic precisely when the right wing Popular Party won the Local and Regional Elections on May 27th, 2007, and when the behaviour of the Spanish Security Services had already begun to be questioned despite the efforts to keep the public opinion polarized between Al Qaeda and ETA.

In those efforts, it cannot be excluded either the application of the perpetrator principle, developed by the Eastern German Stasi, according to the Wall Street Journal [5]:

About 1980 the Stasi also proposed a second strategy: instead of using a terrorist group directly -- such cooperation always contained risk of discovery -- they could simply execute attacks so similar to those of known terrorists that police would never look for a second set of suspects, according to Wartin records. The Wartin leadership called this strategy the "perpetrator principle," according to Stasi records. The unit's progress in implementing the steps to imitate terrorist attacks is described in a series of progress reports by Wartin officials between 1980 and 1987.

That is, it is probable that the devices used in 3/11 had all the characteristics of ETA’s ones… but no one could ever find a member of ETA without alibi for that day, so caught in a trap conformed by the Hegelian dialectic (Al Qaeda or ETA) we could not see out of the box and discover who was pulling the strings.

Until a man with a huge common sense, named Luis del Pino, came and taught us through Internet, because there is no media in Spain that dares to print this.

The application of the perpetrator principle has further advantages. ETA having committed 3/11 would have given birth to the strongest right wing government in Europe since Margaret Thatcher’s after the Falklands war. Therefore, if many modest Spaniards were terrified for what had happened at Atocha and neighbouring stations, more terrified were some high rank officers in the administration, security forces, big corporations, trade unions, etc. about a right wing government with support to conduct deep reforms: the cover-up operation, as in Bologne, not directly linked to the perpetrators, had begun.

It was a well conceived plan indeed, it wasn’t necessary a big coordination but only to terrorize regular citizens with Al Qaeda, and, which is more important, the establishment –Spanish and foreign-European- with ETA, then wait until the last ones had no other chance but to join the coup, no matter how big the atrocity was, or face a powerful relatively pro-Freedom government.

They made their choice.

It’s scary how incompetent people become when their intrigues are revealed. Not one, but two governments can’t doctor up a convincing confession? So much for al Qaeda as suspects. And if J. Aguilar is right, the case for ETA is a smokescreen as well. As a Russian friend of mine once told me, there is the given truth, then there’s a concealed truth, then there’s the truth beyond that and a truth beyond that...
