I have been hearing stories about this and I think it will stick if Sinclair is telling the truth but I can see the NYT totally discrediting this and going through and corroborating the sources. When its a guy they want to win they’ll pull out all the stops but its ok to run a story about McCain with sources who said they might have known him or something 10 years ago or a friend of a friend of friend’s older roommate’s swimming instructor said they might have saw something going on with McCain and this woman or they looked like them as credible!

Yes, he has a lawsuit for violation of his civil rights against the Obama campaign (for investigating he and his family) and the DNC for using its stooges to slander him. merit? Not sure, but he repeated his allegations in the lawsuit, so he is on the official record.
