Wonder when the Slimes will run the Liberal unsubstantiated love affair story between Obama and Larry Sinclair?

This is getting ridiculous. we now have a guy writing a story about what Steffie said about what talk radio people will do. Crazy. it is about as relevant as what the garbage man thinks about different hair coloring bottles.

Seems pretty clear that the NYT coreographed and timed this fake article for maximum political impact... Very much like the TANG story.

Steffie’s an idiot. The NY Slimes will go after anyone with an (R) after his or her name, even if they’re a RINO. Their hit on McCain is SOP against Republicans and just shows how biased the paper is.

The support for McCain from media talkers/writers was gonna come, eventually: better early than late.

I expect Rush and the other talkers to attack the DNC’s New Yawk Slimes Machine and their credibility. Over the past few years, it has become obvious that the Slimes has sunk to “reporting” rumors in their effort to CREATE news rather than report it. The jerks at the Slimes are nothing but a bunch of losers.

Rather than rally conservative talk show hosts to McCain, it will just give them more ammunition to support why they didn’t like him in the first place.

Talk show hosts love it when they go against conventional wisdom and are eventually vindicated. That’s a way they prove that they are original thinkers.

I did forget to add something:

The NY Slimes smear could be an oblique attempt to help Hillary. The story is about a white, powerful politician who cheats on his poor wife...a subtle reminder of Hillary’s world-class victim status, giving her sainthood.

It could be their last chance to remind the sympathy suckers (mostly women) to vote for her.

The Slimes, with glowing reviews of McCain throughout the primaries, have now turned on the maverick. McCain, IMHO, was/is the only unelectable Republican in the bunch and that is why the Slimes, and the democrats, continued to push how afraid they were of him. Now that it looks like McCain is going to be the candidate, they (Slimes) have taken out their knives and are beginning to carve him up, to assure a different, albeit a democrat, liberal gets elected. One had to know it was going to happen.

Rush and the rest will rally. To do otherwise would mean abandoning the tag of “powerbroker”.

The fact that Stephanopoulos is dumb enough to think that anything in the NYT will sway Rush, Laura or ANY conservative to McVain speaks volumes about Stephanopoulos!!

The man is an A-list idiot!!

rally support for McCain from conservatives like Rush Limbaugh

At the very least, this will qualify as a Rush "I told you so!" story.

We knew the sweet-talk from the MSM would stop once McCain got the nomination.

McCain could be on fire while the New York Times poured gasoline on him and Rush wouldn’t come to his aid.

Apparently Seasoned logic has been replaced by wishful thinking in the journalistic community.

While I don’t want McCain for President, I certainly hope he can find a way to sue the socks off the Times for publishing this smear. (I know, dream on Miz...)

Just an observation: I notice that there is this McCain smear going on, as well as an even uglier one (whether true or not I don’t know, but badly sourced) aimed at Obama. And yet, nothing about Hillary? Do I need a tinfoil hat, or do I see Clinton fingerprints on these two smears?
