You have your kids’ testimony to offset the testimony of the creep and his lying daughter, don’t you? The question you have to ask is will a jury believe your and your kids’ side or the creep and his daughter.
Also, if the creep has a history of arrest for violent behavior, I would deem that relevant in the case and it would go a LONG way of convincing me that the creep was lying.
