To the Democrat establishment, blacks are to vote for the establishment Democrat and then shut up. No way they get actual power for themselves.
Well, I am getting very cynical as I age; but, I look at that sentence and decided that if you replace the word "Democrat" with the word "Republican"; and, the word "blacks" with the word "conservatives", you would be able to sum up the presidential race on the Republican side.
