What astonishing changes a few years are capable of producing! I just the day touring Mt. Vernon and wish to share two quotes I came across that I was not familiar with.
"Liberty, when it begins to take root, is a plant of rapid growth"...and..."The Constitution is a guide which I never will abandon".
