Then the state legislature should be having the hearings!
If high school athletes are the ones being threatened by these lummoxes then local authorities should be doing this.
Last time I looked the individual states & counties managed high school athletics.

Its just democrat grandstanding!
Now if it was recreational drug use not performance enhancing drugs the RATS wouldn’t be interested. (Other then where they could get the best price!)
