Mary Landrieu’s hypocrisy and alleged corruption continues to rear its ugly head this cycle. Next on the list of questionable Landrieu campaign tactics and decisions – taking $1,500 from Jane Kuo (PDF), who is associated with Tai Shen Koi (when giving political contributions, both use the same addresss) who was arrested in conjunction with a Chinese espionage case yesterday. Admittedly, this donation occurred during Landrieu’s first run for Senate, but taken into account with the string of more recent and ongoing questionable political activities and decisions by Landrieu, it is leading some people to sense a pattern developing.

Some notable examples of more recent and ongoing ethically suspect activities and decisions by Landrieu: Who can forget Landrieu's alleged pay-to-play and bribery charge regarding her Voyager Earmark? Accepting, on two separate occasions, $700 and $2,300 from convicted Democrat donor Norman Hsu. Landrieu’s NYC Earmark. Taking $1,000 from Paul Minor – recently sentenced to jail for bribing judges in Mississippi. Yet even with a clear pattern of questionable ethical decisions and associations, Landrieu has found time to defend earmarks in the New Orleans Times-Picayune, while claiming a need for more openness in the process – but failing to practice what she preaches (PDF). Of note from Times-Picayune article is Landrieu’s claims that more money could have been targeted to New Orleans and the state – again note the NYC earmark.

As newly elected Governor Jindal continues to crusade for strong ethical requirements and standards for elected officials in Louisiana, the time has come to hold Landrieu accountable for her ethically suspect pattern of tactics and decisions.

Yes! Way past time to get rid of that corrupt family. Makes you wonder where all the money she screamed for, for New Orleans, actually has gone.

exactly. she needs to be indicted - otherwise she will just move on to another freebie taxpayer paid position somewhere at the behest of her demonratic party bosses who pay their people well...using taxpayer money always.

Maybe, but don't you dare question her patriotism.
