Adding to the suspicion is that the UNSUCCESSFUL 1993 attack, which was also due to Democrat incompetence or treason, happened While the Clintons Were In Office. Could this have been a set-up for the 2001 attack, to throw suspicion off them?

The only way that it can be said the attacks only occurred after clinton left office is to ignore the first WTC bombing, the African embassy bombings, the Khobar Towers attack and the USS Cole attack. The 9/11 attacks were the culmination of a decade of previous attacks that weren't responded to.

BTW, I've read reports that the intent in the first WTC bombing was to topple one tower into the other. Had that plan been successful, both towers would have been taken out in a matter of minutes, allowing no time for any evacuation to take place. The death toll would have dwarfed the losses on 9/11.

Everyone seems to forget about Clinton's poorly planned cruise missile attack on Osama's compound right at the moment Monica was spilling the beans on Clinton to a grand jury. The purpose was to suddenly grab the headlines and scare Monica and the grand jury about Clinton's power. The cruise missiles cost about a billion dollars and did little military damage. It stirred up a hornets nest without killing any of the hornets.

9/11 was a revenge "cruise missile" attack by Osama. The only reason it didn't take place while Clinton was in office is it took long to plan an organize.
